The Grande Villas Signature Club
Welcome! As a new owner of a Grande Villas condominium, you are invited to become part of The Grande Villas Signature Club referred to within as The Signature Club. Developed from an elite partnership between The Grande Villas and World Tour Golf Links, The Signature Club is an exclusive golf program offered only to owners of the Grande Villas units. This cardholder program is your opportunity to experience “World Class Golf” along with luxurious golf course living.
Upon the closing of a Grande Villas condominium, the new owner has the exclusive opportunity to become a cardholder in the Grande Villas Signature Club. This exclusive Signature Card entitles the new owners to an array of golfing, dining and shopping privileges as only offered in upscale private clubs.
The Grande Villas reserves the right for the owner to activate their cardholder privileges within 60 days of closing. The Signature Card carries an annual fee of $1800.00. If this reservation is not exercised within 60 days of closing the rate for The Signature Club fee increases to $2400.00 for the first year,then reverts back to $1800.00 each year thereafter. (See attached Rate Sheet) Once your Signature Card is activated you will begin realizing the benefits and savings offered only to the owners of The Grande Villas.
The Signature Club golf privileges will be offered to the owner, his/her spouse, and any children under the age of 23, attending college, or in military service.
The Signature Club cards are valid for one year and will be based on the calendar year. Any cards purchased during the year will be prorated based on the first day of the following month after closing.
The Signature Club annual fee for the calendar year is non-refundable. On December 31st, the exclusive rights in the Signature Club program will expire. All annual renewal fees for the upcoming calendar year are due on or before January 15th at the prevailing rate (see attached rate schedule). Any payments received after January 15th, will be subject to a 2% penalty per month until paid in full.
The Signature Club cards are non-transferable. Upon the sale of a condominium, the exiting owner will be able to continue as a Signature Club cardholder until the end of that calendar year. Any new owner will be able to purchase a Signature Club card by paying the prorated $1800.00 annual fee within 60 days of the closing date.
In the case of multiple owners of the same condominium, one card will be issued in the first full name as shown on the closing documents or in the case of an entity, whomever is listed as the designee. Additional Signature Club cards may be purchased for an annual fee of $2400.00 the first year, then $1800.00 each year thereafter. Additional cardholders must abide by the same rules and regulations as the original designee.
Signature Club privileges:
- Complimentary green fees for cardholder
- Cart fee of $25 per person for an 18-hole round
- Cart fee of $15 per person for a 9-hole round
- Practice balls on range with scheduled tee time
- Use of GPS computer system on carts
- Preferred guest fees when playing with cardholder*
Cardholder preferred booking times:
- 3 months in advance during off-season
- 14 days in advance during peak times
